  • Take notes, discuss observations, and watch Cami in the coaching process

  • Give feedback to your team and receive guidance and coaching from Cami.

On John Hattie’s list of 138 factors that impact learning, feedback is in top 10! Providing meaningful feedback to change or improve behavior or to reinforce behavior so we get more of it, is an essential aspect of effective leadership.
