Cami is a true expert in family dynamics, best educational practices, instructional leadership, management, and presentation/facilitation skills. She is a dynamic and knowledgeable speaker and trainer who is sure to motivate and inspire all audiences.

Cami and her spouse George Co-founded Parent Roundtables with a mission to support parents in the inspiring, exhausting, heart filling work of creating a wonderful family.

After witnessing the power of business mastermind groups, team Eiskamp thought parents would benefit tremendously from expert advising, learning about research-based parenting practices and social-emotional learning. Cami designs and customizes all of the programs, writes curriculum and coaches parents one-on-one and in small groups. After 20 years of coaching superintendents, administrators and teachers in their own classrooms and schools, Cami felt ready to tackle this most important, final frontier: parents.

Cami’s love of education began as a secondary educator in foreign language, English, ESL and leadership in the California public school system in 1997. She has enjoyed a variety of roles from lower elementary-level instruction in private schools to teaching Masters Education courses at the University level. A memorable and beloved keynote speaker at national and state conferences, Cami is a true force in delivering high yielding results and consistently sells out her schedule year-after-year.

Cami lives in San Diego, CA with her husband George and daughter Sydney. The family loves spending time at the beach swimming past the ocean breaks, boogie boarding, surfing and walking their dog on the sand to eat breakfast seaside. Finding renewal in the outdoors, they often walk in the canyons near their home, and go camping whenever possible. Cami and daughter Sydney ride horses as part of their favorite pastime. Readers, card players and advocates of turning off technology, they work hard and play hard.
