How it works: Implementation Support and Classroom Coaching
Effective instructional strategies and areas of improvement are identified for individual teachers and the school.
Teachers are observed in their classroom and given ‘in-the-moment’ coaching, where teachers can immediately work new strategies and ideas.
3-6 pages of notes ‘of best practice’ feedback structured are given directly to the teacher before leaving their classroom.
Post-observation, coaching conversations with teachers solidify the teacher’s reflection on best practices, invite them to explore options, and create an action plan.
Separate notes of 'general themes' seen in school as a whole are also recorded to share with school leadership.
